This package is suitable for people who suffer from mild to moderate stress and anxiety, for example, feeling tired, tense, irritable, trouble sleeping, lacking in energy, suffering from tension headaches, trouble focusing, feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope.
Learn how to reshape negative thinking into more positive, constructive and helpful thinking.
